You may have seen this one posted in the past, but I've just acquired a great sounding copy and felt the need to re-rip it at 320kpbs for everyone's listening pleasure.

This limited edition, 1983 mini-LP is a true coldwave masterpiece, brought to you by members of Norma Loy and Résistance, you can expect the same sort of brilliance here over the course of six tracks. My favorite is "La Joie," but there really isn't a weak track to be found on this 12''.

Obviously for fans of the French coldwave sound, as well as of early Modern English, Seventeen Seconds, Joy Division, etc. But why are you still reading this? Do yourself a favor and grab this one now now NOW!

Kevin O\'Neill- Omega 8 & A Hostage to Fortune CD-Rs

Here's some goodies from the Remote Viewing files. Here we have two CD-Rs from Kevin O'Neill, one of the more prolific artists from the compilation. Kevin was also the man behind Network 23, the label who released both volumes of Remote Viewing. I'll let John Costello's own words tell a bit of Kevin's story:

"Kevin founded N23 and as well as creating his own music he worked hard to promote independent electronic music in the UK. He played live at the UK Electronica in London in 1988 and organised this successful concert in his home city on March 18th the following year. The full billing was Kevin, Steve & Linda Hillman, myself and Greg Truckell. I'll always be grateful to Kevin for liking my music enough to include it, as it's a bit different from most synthambient and sequencer/progressive N23 artists."

Fans of the Remote Viewing cassette, Costello, and various synth-heavy ambient acts (Deca, Tangerine Dream, Carl Matthews, Black Tape For a Blue Girl, Klaus Schulze, Coil etc.) will certainly find lots and lots to love on these two CD-Rs, which were graciously donated by Kevin. Omega 8 is a collection of tracks from the 1988 Omega cassette, with the final two tracks missing. A bonus track, "Islands Suite" appears in its stead. "Islands Suite" originally appeared on the Islands K7, while an edited version appears on Remote Viewing Volume 1, released in 1986. The second CD-R collects all tracks from 1993's A Hostage of Fortune K7, though the title track appears in edited form from its cassette counterpart.

All in all, there's roughly an hour and a half's worth of incredible ambient music contained within! Here's the info:

Well, with megaupload's recent demise, it's no shock that the blog world is currently reeling. My condolences to those whose hard work was flushed down the drain in one fell swoop. Not sure if mediafire, my preferred hosting of choice, will be targeted in the near future, but with this in mind, I'd say now's a good time to catch up on the archives of this blog and others, while the getting's good! Also, lemme know if any of the zshare archives are outdated, and I'll reupload as I can. I'd like to keep a tight ship here for as long as possible.

That said, I'm sure you've all noticed that there's been some overlap posts here as of late. While I'm still dead set on unearthing long lost gems, the wantlist dwindles by the day. With that in mind, I've been acquiring copies of some all time favorites for the DJ bag and re-ripping them at solid bitrates and de-popping them as best as I can before playing them out. I've also passed a few clean rips over to A Viable Commercial (1, 2, and 3) and more shall be appearing throughout the blogosphere. I've also been revisiting some of my own posts from the past, the most recent being the first Sanity Plexus 12'', which I've cleaned up to the best of my ability (it's still a rather poor pressing, so there's only so much one can do). I'll update at the end of new posts with any archival developments in lieu of making a new post. Don't get me wrong, new and unheard material will still appear here as I get my hands on it, but I hope you guys enjoy the higher fidelity posts as well.

Ok, so all that aside, here's another record that's been shared before, though it appears to be offline at the moment. Here we have an elusive comp from 1983, featuring artists the Philadelphia area. Fantod's original post hints at a poor quality pressing of this record, and while I had in my hands what appeared to be a near-mint copy, the same flaws existed. There's a long-standing crackle throughout the entire record, very difficult to remove through standard means. I tried noise removal as per usual, but I was left with little audio to work with on the second track, even at lower settings, so I kept an even hand and did my best. I did go through and attempt a click-by-click removal, but I was only able to remove the major and isolated offenses before losing my mind completely. Also, it seems like some of the tracks were poorly recorded to begin with, most noticeable on the Sensory Fix track, which sounds foggy right off the needle.

Despite these flaws, this record is still surprisingly rare and worth checking out, as it features early and exclusive contributions from some of Philly's finest. Pretty Poison appears here, in their earlier and more abrasive incarnation, and offer one of the best tracks on the comp. There's also a transitional Book of Love track about dye, recorded soon after their stint as Head Cheese. It's a curious track, nowhere near the synthpop smash of their debut LP, but more in line with the no wave-influenced Jungle Jam tracks. Another standout is Bunnydrums, the psychedelic post-punk band that's been covered many times in the past, and who I believe are still active to date. While "Sleeping" also appeared on the PKD LP (same version for both releases), it's one of their finest tracks. We also have a cut from Executive Slacks, who I presume need no introduction.

As with any compilation, there are a few tracks that aren't too interesting to me, but your mileage may vary. For me, the real diamond on this comp. is the smoldering Girls Downstairs cut, an unsuspectingly nightmarish track with female vocals and steady percussion. Sadly, it appears to be the only thing they ever recorded. Story of my life.

BALTIMORE GRAB BAG: Immortal- Paradigm 12\'\' & Mission- When Thunder Comes LP

I've been hearing some rumblings about Mediafire as well, and though various articles claim that Mediafire won't be changing its service plan, I've heard some contradictory reports and have seen some accounts deleted over the past few days. So with that in mind, I'm going to post a few things over the next few days to get them off my chest just in case something goes down between now and then. Call me paranoid, but why hoard this stuff!

Here we have two post-punk records from Baltimore, Maryland.

First up, we have an immaculate rip of Immortal's Paradigm 12'' from 1988, previously featured on the always excellent Return to the East blog. Very Danse Society/Killing Joke-esque tribal post-punk here, with plenty of ghosty hooks that make it an essential listen. Not to be confused with the Dutch band of the same name.

Secondly, here's an LP that's flown under the radar over the years, and is still rather affordable for those interested in acquiring a copy. I recently included the title track from this LP on Systems of Romance vol. 5, plucked from the 8 Essential Attitudes compilation, but I've since tracked down the LP of the same name, and it's more impressive than I expected. Almost a more new wave/pop take on Bauhaus, or if that analogy doesn't work for you, a harder-hitting version of the VHF album. You can get their first LP here, if the link is still up and running. Not to be confused with the post-Sisters of Mercy band of the same name! Apparently, the band changed its name to When Thunder Comes to avoid confusion with those guys, and are still active to date, with a more heavy sound. You can read more about that here.

The Alphabet- This Strange Love 7\'\'

Here's an extremely rare and rather unknown 7'' from the UK. Judging from the cover, you'd expect some dark post-punk, aggro hardcore sort of thing, but instead we're treated to two emotive minimal synth gems. I had to triple check the record to make sure it wasn't some mixup!

I know very little about this one. The band hails from the UK and this is their only release, despite some misinformation over at their discogs page (the split listed with Invisible Hands is a newer release from the US, band with the same name, apparently). As for this release, it's private press and doesn't have a year listed on it anywhere, though I did come across 2 reduced price coupons for a hometown gig the band played back in the day, included in my copy. No year listed on those either. Perhaps someone out there knows the real story about this one- don't be shy.

Otherwise, as I mentioned, there are two great minimal synth/new wave tracks here, the standout being the B-side, at least to my ears. A little acoustic guitar tossed in there, with some comparisons to Psychedelic Furs at times but with a ton of catchy electronics. Check it out:

EDIT: I have some reason to believe that these guys are connected to the second lineup of Zero Le Creche, judging from their discogs entry. Seems like both Richard Thorne and vocalist Jamie Lord were involved with both projects, which sounds likely given the vocal similarties between the two. With that in mind, that probably puts this around 1983-4, from my humble guessing.

Here's a fresh high quality rip of a top shelf post-punk LP from 1982 that you may or may not already be familiar with. Hailing from the UK, there's some excellent guitar and synth work here, highly energetic and vital. Reminds me a lot of The Sound atimes, really emotive and passionate vocals (with a sly sense of humor) mixed with buzzing synths, sax, and the incisive guitars we all know and love. Released on the same label as Naughtiest Girl Was a Monitor, Kan Kan, and Normil Hawaiians, to name a few.

This is one of three releases from the band, my favorite being the Livin For Now 12'' (an alternate version of the title track appears on this LP as well). Standouts here include the hard-hitting "Ideals" and "On the Inside," a proper post-punk rave-up. Through and through, a great album that really takes a few listens to click, but well worth the effort!

Mogul Trash - BBC Sessions Paris Theatre 1971 - Great UK Brass Rock

British jazz-rock band Mogul Thrash evolved from James Litherland's Brotherhood, which in addition to guitarist Litherland (an alumnus ofColosseum who formed the group in 1969) also featured guitarist/reedist Michael Rosen (previously of Eclection), drummer Bill Harrison and the so-called "Dundee Horns" -- saxophonists Roger Ball and Malcolm Duncan. With the addition of ex-Splinter singer/bassist John Wetton, the group rechristened itself Mogul Thrash, debuting in 1970 with the single "Sleeping in the Kitchen"; their self-titled RCA album appeared the following year, going largely unnoticed at home but finding favor throughout much of Europe. However, faced with legal problems with their management, Mogul Thrash was forced to disband shortly after the record's release; while Wetton went on to join Family and later King Crimson, Duncan and Ball soon reunited in Average White Band.

Mogul Thrash released just one album, the eponymous Mogul Thrash (1971). It was produced by Brian Auger, who also played piano on one of the tracks. Brian Auger's Oblivion Express featured Robbie McIntosh on drums, who would later become a founder-member of the Average White Band. When McIntosh died of a drug overdose in 1974, he would be substituted by another Oblivion Express drummer, Steve Ferrone.

This is far and away the best sounding and most well-performed show (circulating) by the original lineup. IMO, these performances show the band at it's peak as a "hard-rock" act. Those only familiar with the relatively tame studio versions of these songs will be surprised/shocked at volume and intensity of these live-in-studio (with small crowd) performances. WARNING: This is not soul/jazz/pop music. This has no association whatsoever with anything by Steely Dan or Michael McDonald. This is pure hard guitar rock. IMO, this is easily the best bootleg ever made featuring the "REAL" line-up!

There is very little info about this particular album.All i know is it was recorded in the UK and is very hard to find.It's been said it can be found at Ebay for about $4o, I had no luck seeing it there myself.I wish a good record label would re-issue all of Link's 70's & 80's material. I for one think it would be quit profitable.My fav tracks here are funky rocker "Bo Jack" and "Midnight Lover" which could have been a huge FM radio hit had someone actually been paying attention. The guitar solo's in "Midnight"will make many drool especially those of you who dig your 70's classic rock. Until then ...Rock On!

Even if you don’t know who Link Wray is, you’ve probably heard his music. He played a Gibson SG and was the pioneer of distorted rock guitar, influencing countless musicians. “Rumble” was used for the soundtrack for the movie “Pulp Fiction”. Litterally a four chord song, “Rumble” is a powerhouse of cranked-up sustaining major chords ringing out with full overdrive. All you’ll need to hear is the first three chords : D... D... Help Yourself - Help Yourself 5 - 1973 - 2002 - Classic Welsh Rock

Formed in London in 1969, Help Yourself released four very fine albums which drew heavily on the sound of West Coast outfits like Buffalo Springfield and Quicksilver Messenger Service.
In 1973 they began recording their fifth album. However, these sessions were never completed, the album was never released, and the band split later that year.
That legendary 'lost 5th album' has been highly sought after by collectors ever since.
After the band split, Malcolm Morley joined 'Man', while the rest of his former colleagues teamed up with 'Deke Leonard's Iceberg'.
Eventually, in the winter of 2002, the original Help Yourself band members, augmented by drummer Kevin Spacey, gathered once more to finally complete their fifth album.
Appropriately titled '5', it is now released here for the first time. The cover features an original illustration by the legendary Rick Griffin and the booklet includes a liner note from Malcolm Morley.

Rich Hopkins & Barry \"The Fish\" Melton - Duel In The Desert - 2007 (\"Fantastic\" californian guitar based music)

This is a guitar album, and if you do not like loud electric rock music, this CD is not for you. Elder rock legend Barry "The Fish" Melton meets up with one of his biggest fans, Rich Hopkins. Rich, is the rock prince of Tucson, Arizona. Together these two musicians had a plan...turn back the clocks to 1969 and crank it out.
Barry, was one of those players that set San Francisco on fire during the mid 1960's, and along with John Cipollina of Quicksilver Messenger Service, he among the very finest guitarists that California had to brag about. English musicians such as: Clapton, Beck and Page, would watch him closely as a study of change that occurred in early 1967, that would forever alter the way that rock music would be performed.
Over Thanksgiving weekend in 2005 Barry and Rich met up in Arizona, set up their vintage guitars and amps, found a bass guitar player and drummer, and set the clocks back to another time, forty years back near The Golden Gate.
Key tracks are: "Alabama Bound", "The Highway Is A Devil", "Thirty Days", "Pretty Polly" and right in the center of the disc, the insrumental track entitled: "Duel In The Desert" that is a classic guitar "Freak-Out" between Barry and Rich of massive distortion and waa-fuzz pedal wonder that really captures the spirit of times long past. This kind of rock music belongs to the young, or the young at heart. Both artists share vocal duties, and Barry has a few moments infront of the microphone on this CD, and he is a welcome surprise as the better vocalist of the two.
This bluesy, raw rock is way out of place today, in this pop world of: "American Idol" and fans of Jessica's latest release. It is the music of small bars and roadhouses from Tallahassee to Tacoma. This is good rock music that is so much more akin to time way back and of decades past.
The music here will only appeal to a limited audience, it is the sound of guys playing for the fun of playing.(By Philip S Wolf)

Good grief! I started as a student at Keele in late 1973, and even then the place was still buzzing about Spirit's performance earlier that year (maybe because according to those who were there & actually remembered the event Randy finished the set naked, it was so hot) but despite rumours of a bootleg, about which I've heard nothing for over 30 years, I never imagined I would actually get to hear the concert. This is so unlikely it can't even be called my Holy Grail - I'd never even hoped to find a copy. Oh Wow!!! - (Terry)

The 5 Royales - Catch That Teardrop 2007 (Ace)

In the early to mid-'50s, the "5" Royales were one of the finest and most influential R&B acts in America, merging potent tunes and frantic rhythms with impressive harmonies and tough, biting guitar lines from group leader Lowman Pauling. However, the group's fortunes were on the wane in 1960 when they signed to Home of the Blues Records, a small Memphis-based independent label whose house band was directed by one Willie Mitchell. Catch That Teardrop compiles 14 tunes the "5" Royales cut for HOTB, and another 14 cuts Pauling recorded as El Pauling with keyboard man Royal Abbit, and while it's not hard to understand why none of these singles were hits, there's no arguing there was a lot of life left in the group at this late date.

With the golden age of soul looming on the horizon, the "5" Royales doubtless seemed a bit anachronistic between 1960 and 1962, as these recordings are very much in the mold of their best-known sides for King, but that doesn't reflect on the strength and assurance of these performances. "Goof Ball," "She Did Me Wrong," and "Take Me with You Baby" are top-notch R&B nuggets and "Catch That Teardrop" deserves its status as a collectors' item among British soul fans, and while Pauling and his group are the stars of the show, the propulsive and energetic horn arrangements Mitchell contributed to the sessions certainly add to their appeal.

The El Pauling cuts aren't quite as impressive thanks to less-than-stellar songs like "I'm a Cool Teenager," "Mr. Moon Man," and "Jail Bird," but they allow plenty of room for Pauling's guitar work, and it's fine stuff. Novice listeners interested in the "5" Royales should start with their superb King recordings (try Rhino's superb anthology Monkey Hips and Rice), but these samples of their late-era sides show that Pauling and his group were making fine music right up to the end of their recording career

While Jimmy Hughes' second album (from 1967) was titled Why Not Tonight?, this CD is more an expanded version of that LP rather than a straight reissue. The first ten tracks are indeed the Why Not Tonight? album in its original sequence, but it's followed by 11 bonus tracks from the same era, essentially doubling the length of the original LP and adding historical liner notes. Hughes isn't much known outside the soul collector world for anything besides his 1964 hit "Steal Away," but this is a quite solid collection of mid-'60s Southern soul.

Certainly a highlight is the title track, a gospel-flavored emotional ballad that was a 1967 R&B hit. Also a hit, though it was actually Jimmy's second recording of the song, was the bluesy, brassy uptempo "Neighbor, Neighbor." There's a good mix of styles and speeds throughout the material from the original Why Not Tonight? LP, including songs by Hughes himself and the famed songwriting team of Dan Penn and Spooner Oldham. It's soul with more imaginative, less clichéd melodic progressions than much of what was being done in the region; excellent backing arrangements that get into deep grooves without overdoing it; and fine good-natured vocals by Hughes, though it was on ballads like "Why Not Tonight" and Penn-Oldham's "I Worship the Ground You Walk On" that he was best, reaching for something more stirring.

The bonus cuts include seven sides from 1965-1967 singles that are almost equal in overall quality, standouts being the arching bluesy ballad "Don't Lose Your Good Thing"Hughes' more dynamic "Time Will Bring You Back" and "It Ain't What You Got," the latter of which had an organ groove in the "Neighbor, Neighbor" mold; and the slow near-blues "Uncle Sam," which comes pretty close to antiwar commentary for a '60s soul number. Also among the extras are three previously unreleased tracks, two of them from November 1964 (the better of those being the quite nice ballad "Well Alright Girl"), and one of them being a different version of "Neighbor, Neighbor"; the final bonus cut, "Too Much," was first issued in 2009 on another Hughes compilation. Though not the flashiest singer, Hughes was a good one whose mid-'60s output is packaged in exemplary fashion with this release, and shouldn't be missed by soul fans.

John Winston Lennon, MBE (9 October 1940 – 8 December 1980) was an English musician and singer-songwriter who rose to worldwide fame as one of the founding members of The Beatles, one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed acts in the history of popular music. Along with fellow Beatle Paul McCartney, he formed one of the most successful songwriting partnerships of the 20th century.

Born and raised in Liverpool, Lennon became involved as a teenager in the skiffle craze; his first band, The Quarrymen, evolved into The Beatles in 1960. As the group disintegrated towards the end of the decade, Lennon embarked on a solo career that produced the critically acclaimed albums John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band and Imagine, and iconic songs such as "Give Peace a Chance" and "Imagine". After his marriage to Yoko Ono in 1969, he changed his name to John Ono Lennon. Lennon disengaged himself from the music business in 1975 to devote time to his infant son Sean, but re-emerged in 1980 with a new album, Double Fantasy. He was murdered three weeks after its release.

Lennon revealed a rebellious nature and acerbic wit in his music, his writing, his drawings, on film, and in interviews, becoming controversial through his political and peace activism. He moved to New York City in 1971, where his criticism of the Vietnam War resulted in a lengthy attempt by Richard Nixon's administration to deport him, while his songs were adopted as anthems by the anti-war movement.

As of 2010, Lennon's solo album sales in the United States exceed 14 million units, and as writer, co-writer or performer, he is responsible for 25 number-one singles on the US Hot 100 chart. In 2002, a BBC poll on the 100 Greatest Britons voted him eighth, and in 2008, Rolling Stone ranked him the fifth-greatest singer of all-time. He was posthumously inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1987 and into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.

The U.S. vs. John Lennon

The U.S. vs. John Lennon is a 2006 documentary film about English musician John Lennon's transformation from a member of The Beatles to a rallying anti-war activist striving for world peace during the late 1960s and early 1970s. The film also details the attempts by the United States government under President Richard Nixon to silence him. The film had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival and its North American premiere at the Toronto Film Festival. It was released in New York City and Los Angeles, California on 15 September 2006, and had a nationwide release on 29 September. A soundtrack composed of John Lennon tracks was released by Capitol Records and EMI on 26 September 2006.

The film makes extensive use of archival footage of John and Yoko Ono, and includes a famously hard-hitting interview conducted by anti-war reporter Gloria Emerson.[2]

The U.K. release was on December 8, 2006, 26 years to the day after the death of John Lennon. The DVD was released on February 13, 2007 in the United States. The film made its cable television debut in the U.S. on August 18, 2007 on VH1 Classic

The film explores the political activism that Lennon became strongly involved in with the Beatles and after the band ended.

John Lennon is established as being a potential political threat to the American government, and therefore much of the film covers the theme of 'silencing' him and other popular figures that became involved in anti-war activism. Throughout the film the audience can see both sides of the situation: the audience sees the protests and events Lennon and Yoko Ono organised, such as the famous "Give Peace A Chance" rally and concepts such as bagism and bed peace.

We also see the increasing fear experienced by the US government and CIA. This build-up of paranoia and fear for control led to the eventual deportation notice sent to John Lennon's house, informing him that 'his temporary stay in the USA was now over'. The film debunks and exposes the somewhat bizarre behaviour of the CIA and police department over John Lennon and other contemporary figures' behaviour, referring also to different modern issues like drug abuse.

The film features a montage of various mediums. There are videos of performances of songs and interviews of Lennon at the time, recordings of Yoko Ono both present and from the late 1960s and 1970s, as well as a basic story structure of retelling the story of John Lennon's attempts to spread a message of peace amongst the USA and, on a wider scale, the entire Western world during the Vietnam War.

Last Exit was a four-piece avant-garde,free jazz supergroup composed of electric guitarist Sonny Sharrock, drummer/occasional vocalist Ronald Shannon Jackson, saxophonist Peter Brötzmann, and bass guitarist Bill Laswell. They were active from 1986 to the early 1990s, releasing primarily live albums recorded in Europe. Sharrock's death in 1994 caused the dissolution of the band, though touring had not occurred for several years before his demise.

Their sole major-label release, their first studio recording, and a record that iconoclastic critic Chuck Eddy considers one of the 500 greatest heavy metal albums in the history of the universe. But that doesn't mean you should invite all your Deep Purple and Iron Maiden loving friends over for a listening party; they won't be amused. Using the studio to their advantage, Last Exit explores sonic texture on "Prayer" and "The Fire Drum," but never loses sight of the power and energy that makes their live recordings so memorable. If you were to have one Last Exit recording, this might well be the one. But any one of their live records would enhance your appreciation of this great record immeasurably.

Η πρώτη εγχώρια Jazz μπάντα με έναν ξεχωριστό χαρακτήρα.Πριν από αυτούς το κεφάλαιο jazz στη Eλλαδα ήταν μια εντελώς υποβαθμισμένη ιστορία.Όλα ξεκίνησαν απο τον Γιώργο Τρανταλίδη ( Socrates) όπου συγκρότησε τους Μάρκος Αλεξίου (στα 60'ς με τους Olympic)πιάνο,Γιώργος Φιλιππίδης (γνωστός από τον Εξαδάκτυλο)μπάσο.Αργότερα στο 2 album των Sphinx προστέθηκε και ο Λάκης Ζώης (πρώην μέλος των Πελομα Μποκιου) κιθάρα.Ο δίσκος αυτός χαρακτηρίζετε ως ο πρώτος επίσημος jazz για την ελληνική δισκογραφία και για το 79 αποτέλεσε κορυφαίο γεγονός.Oι ικανοποιητικές πωλήσεις έδωσε στο Group την ικανότητα να ηχογραφήσει το 2 lp που έχουν (7 Διαστάσεις) .

Μαρια Κωνστα - Πυρετος 1981 (Venus)

Με αφορμή αυτόν τον δίσκο που έπεσε στα χέρια μου και με μια κουβέντα που έκανα πριν λίγες μέρες με έναν φίλο κάνω αυτό το post.

Γενικά σαν δίσκος με αφήνει αδιάφορο.
Έχει όμως τον χαβαλέ του μιας και μιλάμε για εγχώριο προϊών και πολύ περισσότερο για μια καλλιτέχνιδα (για αυτό γίνεται το post) η οποία έλαβε μέρος σε αρκετές Cult ταινίες κυρίως στα 80’ς αλλά και στα 70’ς.

Η Μαρία Κώνστα έχει παίξει σε περισσότερες από 20 ταινίες β’ κατηγορίας.

Πρώτη ταινία που εμφανίστηκε 1977 (αν κάνω λάθος διορθόστεμαι )είναι στην ταινία του Ομήρου Ευστρατιάδη - Ήταν κάποτε παρθένες ή Σεξ και αρχαιοκαπηλία ή Ερωτική τελετή ή Επικίνδυνα αισθήματα ή The ceremony.Στις περισσότερες versions έχει αρκετές εμβόλιμες σκηνές με αποτέλεσμα να μην βγάζεις άκρη αν πρόκειται για τους original ηθοποιούς στις επίμαχες σκηνές.Ωστόσο στη version με τον τίτλο “ Σεξ και αρχαιοκαπηλία” βεβαιώνεσαι ότι στις σκηνές όπου συμμετέχει τουλάχιστον η Κώνστα είναι 100% πραγματικές η οποία δεν διστάζει να προσφέρει ακόμα και τον πισινό της στον Στέφανο (Χρήστος Νομικός).

Σε καμιά περίπτωση όμως δεν πρόκειται soft porno όπως αναφέρεται σε διάφορα sites ή blogs, κάθε άλλο . Η Μαρία Κώνστα στην ταινία έχει τον ρόλο μια πλούσιας διεστραμμένης επισκέπτριας στην Ιθάκη όπου έχει παρασύρει τον Άρη (Γιώργος Γκιντης) στην παρανομία και…όχι μόνο.

Released as part of Union Square's Metro Doubles series in 2005, The Essential Jimmy Scott is a terrific 47-track double-disc set that offers a good budget introduction to Scott at his peak. The bulk of this dates from 1952-1960 -- there are four songs from 1975 added to the end -- and while this by no means includes all the great material he recorded during this time, it is a good, well-annotated overview of Scott at his prime.
